Before the season starts, the work that wins it happens here. For one week on the Lisbon coast, U-18 rugby, football and field hockey squads train, compete and sharpen their edge against real opposition then trade the pitch for the sand, the surfboard and the streets of one of Europe’s most exciting cities. Coastal light, warm-weather conditioning, world-class facilities and a city built for team spirit: this is pre-season the way it should feel.

THE GAMES
With a minimum of 2 pre-season games against other touring teams in the same age category, every game includes pitch arrangements, private transfers, officials, and optional physios and pre/post-match meals. All your squad has to do is show up and compete.
LIFE BEYOND THE PITCH
Downtime is part of the programme, not an afterthought. Between practices and games, your squad dives into 2 group excursions and a full half-day of beach games in the sand — beach rugby, beach football and beach hockey side by side, right on the Lisbon coast.
